Order a gourmet pie for your host or guests to enjoy with Thanksgiving Dinner.
Serves 8-12 $18.50
Locally grown and harvested sweet potatoes are freshly roasted and pureed with a blend of harvest spices and pure, rich cream to create the perfect pie filling – flavorful, but not overly sweet. Each pie is baked to perfection and cooled. We then pipe in a swirl of our decadent, house-made caramel.
Finally, the pies are topped with toasted meringue. This treat is sure to become a new Thanksgiving tradition.

A flavorful blend of toasted almond, walnut, pecan and macadamia nut is layered over our delicious vanilla caramel filling and baked in our famous shortbread crust. The result is a rich, satisfying alternative to pecan pie. Serve with a dollop of fresh whipped cream or good-quality vanilla ice cream.

Layers of beautiful local apples, dressed with a touch of sugar and spice, are piled high and deep into our buttery piecrust and baked with sour cream custard. Delicate vanilla crumb and toasted pecan praline are sprinkled onto each pie.

Tender, locally harvested pumpkins are roasted to perfection and blended with harvest spices and vanilla egg custard. House-made brioche bread cubes form the base for the pudding, which is dotted with sweet, black currants and baked until golden brown. This pudding is served warm with a spoonful (or two!) of rum hard sauce (provided with each pudding). Warming instructions included.

Two different kinds of our famous house-made breads are infused with the festive, earthy aroma of fried sage. Our much loved como bread pairs with our famous farmhouse potato bread to create a signature version of the classic holiday dish.
Ohio turkeys compose the base of our lightly thickened,
perfectly smooth demi-glaze, sure to beautifully compliment your bird no matter how you prepare it.
Diced sweet potatoes from the fall harvest are roasted until tender, and sauteed with real butter, brown sugar, and just a hint of mustard. It is a new spin on this classic holiday ingredient, giving each brightly hued bite a sweet, slightly crisp coating.
Ohio sweet corn provides freshness and texture to this house-made cornbread, while jalapenos and scallions, lightly sauteed in butter, provide just the right amount of heat. Baked with a layer of heavy cream on top, this soft bread is a custardy balance of sweet and savory.
Locally grown green beans are folded into a rich Parmesan bechamel sauce to from an elegant, creamy side. As it bakes, the topping of fried shallots becomes a fragrant, crispy crust.
Light and fluffy, our from scratch recipe is smoothed with cream and studded with farm fresh butter, ready to melt as it bakes.
Fresh, whole cranberries and orange zest are slowly cooked down in a bath of orange juice until the tart-sweet flavors thicken into a gorgeous, burgundy compote.
Oven roasted to create a perfectly caramelized autumn flavor, locally harvested winter squash provide the body for this velvety soup. A garnish of crisp bacon adds just a touch of
smokiness and creates a graceful contrast of textures.
